Approach
The order matters. Most failed automation projects skip the first stage and automate a process nobody has actually watched.

We watch the current process before proposing a system. Most of the value sits in identifying which steps genuinely cost time, and which ones only feel slow.

Short cycles, each ending in something you can use. Progress shows up in the working product rather than in a status report.

About
YENGEC LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, and incorporated in May 2023.
The work is led by a software engineer with more than twenty years in the field, previously Director of Product Engineering at a listed e-commerce company, where the teams built fulfilment and doorstep returns systems operating at national scale.
Alongside client work, we run our own multi-marketplace retail operation across the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia. That operation is the reason the consultancy and automation work stays grounded in practice: the problems we solve for clients are usually ones we have already had to solve for ourselves.
